Historic District Plaque

Custom plaques made by a Pennsylvania foundry that include the year your home was built. $250 (+$14.88 processing fee).

The processing fee does not apply if you pay with cash or check. Please contact Steve Nissen at pennissen@cs.com if you would like to pay with one of these methods. Checks may be mailed to 528 N Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203. Thank you.

Please note, only buildings within the Historic District are eligible for plaques. Please see the image of the map for Historic District boundaries. They are as follows: Speer Blvd on the south, alley between Pennsylvania St and Logan St on the west, 6th Ave on the north, alley between Downing St and Marion St on the east (south of 6th Ave and north of 4th Ave), Downing St on the east (south of 4th Ave and north of 3rd Ave), alley between Corona St and Downing St Pkwy (south of 3rd Ave and north of Speer Blvd).
